Where We Ship From

All MIXEL Store orders are shipped from our fulfilment warehouse located in the European Union. This allows us to offer fast and reliable delivery to Switzerland and across Europe.

Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Carrier

We work with established European logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier is determined at the time of dispatch based on the destination and package dimensions. Common carriers include DPD, DHL, and Swiss Post for final-mile delivery in Switzerland.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to Switzerland from the EU may be subject to Swiss customs clearance. For most of our products (tech accessories under the applicable value thresholds), no additional customs duties apply. However, please note:

  • Swiss customs may inspect packages, which could cause minor delivery delays.
  • In rare cases where duties or taxes are assessed, these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We make every effort to correctly declare shipment values and product categories to minimise customs issues.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), the carrier will typically hold the package at a local pickup point for a limited time. If unclaimed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost (no tracking updates for more than 10 business days after dispatch) or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at michael@mixel.ch with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send the correct item(s) at no additional cost and arrange for the return of any incorrect items.

P.O. Boxes & Restricted Addresses

We can deliver to most addresses in Switzerland, including P.O. boxes where the carrier supports it. For deliveries to restricted areas or special addresses, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
