Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the last item of your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Your withdrawal notice should include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the date of receipt. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or you provide evidence of having shipped them back, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item.

Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Goods that have been opened or unsealed after delivery where return is not possible for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the seal was removed after delivery
- Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at michael@mixel.ch with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
