1. Scope & Provider
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the online store at shop.mixel.ch("MIXEL Store"), operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
2. Products & Availability
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the MIXEL Store are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. Minor deviations in colour or design from product images may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout and are added to the total order amount.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- TWINT
- PostFinance
Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Order Process & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and constitutes acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract is formed at the moment we send the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject orders for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped from our European Union warehouse. Standard delivery to Switzerland typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For more information, please see our Shipping Information page.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or the shipping carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
7. Warranty & Liability
All products are covered by the statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. OR). If a product is defective upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days at michael@mixel.ch with your order number and a description of the defect.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where mandated by Swiss law.
8. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the MIXEL Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MIXEL IT & Corporate Services GmbH or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
